Climate Survey for staff members
This is a message from Superintendent Welch:
I appreciate the work you do for our students every day. While I don’t have the opportunity to meet each of you personally, I do want to hear from every one of you. That is why we have our annual employee survey. I want to get your perspective on what we are doing well and where we need to improve.
I am asking you to complete this online survey. I know you are very busy serving our students. However, there are just 20 agree/disagree questions on the survey, so it should only take a few minutes of your time.
I do value your input, and I hope you will take this opportunity to tell me what’s on your mind. Please know that your input will be anonymous. There is a login and password requirement to ensure one survey for each employee but your answers will not be linked in any way to your login. Access to the survey is restricted to in-district computers.
All surveys must be completed by May 30.
