This is a message from Superintendent Welch:

I appreciate the work you do for our students every day. While I don’t have the opportunity to meet each of you personally, I do want to hear from every one of you. That is why we have our annual employee survey. I want to get your perspective on what we are doing well and where we need to improve.

I am asking you to complete this online survey. I know you are very busy serving our students. However, there are just 20 agree/disagree questions on the survey, so it should only take a few minutes of your time.

I do value your input, and I hope you will take this opportunity to tell me what’s on your mind. Please know that your input will be anonymous. There is a login and password requirement to ensure one survey for each employee, but your answers will not be linked in any way to your login.
