State Pays College Tuition for Today's Middle Schoolers - Act Now!

Highline is all about getting students ready for college, and part of that is figuring out how to pay for it. That’s why all eligible middle school students are urged to sign up for Washington State’s College Bound Scholarship.

Seventh, eighth--- and this year only--- ninth grade students can sign up for the scholarship, which will pay for four years of tuition, fees, and books for low-income students and youth in foster care.  To earn the scholarship, students have to maintain a 2.0 grade point average, stay out of trouble with the law, and graduate from high school. Eighth and ninth graders must sign up by June 30, 2009. Go here.
