Q: I was happy to read John Welch's update and hear that the Highline School District is developing a more effective way to support different school's needs than No Child Left Behind. When will you have developed and posted the measures you'll be using to identify needs, map progress, and ensure continuous improvement at all schools? Are those posted somewhere on Highline's website?

A: Thank you for using the Water Cooler! The measures to identify needs and map progress are still in the development stage.  A draft will be ready for internal use later this spring.  Once we have a chance to use the process and refine it, the entire index will be made public.  We’ll post this information on our website when available so – stay tuned!
