  • New Start is a catalyst for permanent, positive change in the community by empowering and building strong leadership skills of youth and young adults.

  • The community is encouraged, and is involved in the New Start Center and supports it as a powerful resource for creating a brighter future.

  • New Start partners align their resources and services to support youth success.

  • New Start models responsiveness to evolving community needs by continuously incorporating improvements based on feedback from our stakeholders.

  • New Start partners communicate, cooperate and coordinate in order to create and maintain an effective model program that reflects and serves the diversity of our community.
