How We Do It

  • Bring together schools, employers, law enforcement, probation, social services and community development organizations to provide youth with adequate structure, support and skills.

  • Stresses young people's strengths rather than their deficits.

  • Culturally relevant program design with culturally competent staff.

  • Builds on six interconnected domains to reduce delinquency and prepare youth for productive lives: school achievement, employment, relationships, use of free time, skills, attitudes and behaviors.
