Eligibility Requirements

 

  • Youth who are 14 to 21 years old; and

  • Are an offender, at-risk of becoming an offender, and/or have a juvenile justice record; or

  • Are gang affiliated, at-risk of gang affiliation, or have previously been involved with a gang.
