ECEAP is a preschool program for children who turn four years old before September 1. This is a free program for children from families whose incomes fall within Federal Poverty Level Guidelines. Children have classes four days a week for 2 1/2 hours a day. Most classes are held at Valley View Early Learning Center and transportation is provided.
