Lesdership and Management in Business is about how organizations lead and manage people. Students who leave

  • Discover their passion in the world of work…the career they may choose for a lifetime.
  • Work in a real work place beyond the classroom. They complete 45 hours per quarter as interns or
externs in work sites of their choice.
  • Earn up to 66 college credits, saving themselves up to about $4700 in tuition.
  • Know and understand the 22 Federal Employment laws and how those laws protect them.
  • Know and understand the staffing process in any business and how to successfully complete an Application, develop a resume and perform in an interview.
  • Develop important skills for future, creating a resume, filling out job applications, and enhance communication and basic computer skills.

“Leadership & Management in Business is what I have to teach you; improving your basic skills is how you will learn HRM skills; but the most important thing that will happen for you in Leadership & Management in Business is that you will find your passion in the world of work, figure out how to get paid well for it, and build a plan to get from where you are to where you want to be.”
