Culinary Arts is more than learning how to be a chef! Students enroll if they are interested in food and beverage management, catering, cooking, running a restaurant, hotel management, food sales rep., and food consulting to name only a few. Students gain employment in finer restaurants, hotels, clubs, resorts, cruise ships, airlines and convention centers. You will learn in an award winning restaurant, The Class Act. You will create a portfolio that will highlight your experiences in pictures, documenting your learning in a way that will get you jobs.
