Each student completes the Pathways listed below which have strong competency based approach and some industry recognized certification. A state frameworks is followed for every task. A complete set of general 'Computer Concepts' are to be completed by each student.Strong advisory committee participation is to be expected.

Mr. Etherington's formal Education:
- B.A degree in Physical Education at York University in Toronto, Canada in 1976
- B.Ed. from the University of Toronto (U of T) in 1977
- M.Ed. from the Ontario Institude for Studies (OISE) in Educational Education (U of Toronto) in 1981
Mr. Etherington's work experience prior to PSSC:
- Kirkwood and Associates in Toronto between 1980 and 1986 specializing in computer based surveys and statistical analysis for cooperate groups with large main frame computers and desktop setup service
- Taught comp. science, math and phys. & health ed. @ Erindale S.S in Toronto (10 yrs)
