IT'S THAT SEASON AGAIN!!!

Highline School District once again will be providing

the opportunity to obtain influenza  vaccine at district locations

this year for staff convenience.  Spouse and family members

 are also welcome! 

 

Remember to wear loose sleeve blouses/shirts on the day you have selected to receive the vaccine!

Flu Shot               COST:  $15.00

 

The District has again collaborated with The Work Clinic of Highline Community Hospital to offer employees the vaccine.  Employees must pay the $15.00 for the flu vaccine at the time they receive the vaccine.  It may be in cash or a check made out to “The Work Clinic”.

 

 

We will not be submitting any paperwork to your medical insurance.  If you want your medical insurance to pay for the vaccine, you will have to submit a claim yourself for reimbursement.

 

Pnuemonia Shots will no longer be offered.
