Northwest Ballet Outreach presents
An EYES ON DANCE performance
FROM TUTUS TO T-SHIRTS
for elementary, middle, and high school students at McCaw Hall
On Friday, February
10, 2006, at 11 a.m., Pacific Northwest Ballet will present a
narrated, one-hour performance at Marion Oliver McCaw
Hall available to elementary, middle and high school
students. This is a unique and affordable opportunity for young
people to be introduced to a world-class ballet company and to the
art of dance. The performance will include the following:
-Excerpts of four
ballets, demonstrating the diversity of ballet

Swan Lake
( Tchaikovsky/Stowell)
·
Kiss
(Pärt/Marshall)
·
Nine Sinatra Songs
(Sinatra/Tharp)
·
Red Angels
(Einhorn/Dove)
Sweetheart Swap Meet
The Pacific Middle School Associated Student Body is sponsoring
the second-annual Sweetheart Swap Meet on Saturday, February 11,
2006, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Table rental is $10.00 each table and products may only be
placed on or under the tables. Multiple tables may be rented.
Table set up begins at 9:00 a.m. and clean up begins at 4:00
p.m.
The Des Moines Parks and Recreation Department has youth
basketball games all day long for hundreds of potential buyers.
This is an excellent way to clean out the closets and garage and
accumulate some spring cash for those special treasures. All
participants will need to have a signed Swap Meet Guideline and
payment before participating.
